Organismal Aging and Collagen Fibrils

We use computational approaches to model, characterize, and predict organismal aging and mortality of both humans and model organisms. We use a variety of top-down (data-first), middle-out (phenomenology-informed), and bottom up (modelling) approaches. We also study the formation and structure of collagen fibrils, using the tools of soft-matter physics with coarse-grained models.
