SpaceHab

SpaceHab is a unique facility which offers scientists and experiments unprecedented access to microgravity. Inside Spacehab's pressurized environment, astronauts have over 100 cubic feet of space to conduct experiments.

Onboard the shuttle Endeavour, the SpaceHab is loaded right behind the crew cabin.

On earth, SpaceHab is housed at McDonnell Douglas' SpaceHab Payload Processing Facility at Port Canaveral in Florida.

The picture on the left shows the entrance to Spacehab and was taken at the SPPF facility.
