A postdoctoral fellowship is now available investigating
design, production, and characterization of novel organic light emitting diodes
(OLEDs). The successful applicant will have experience with semiconductor
device fabrication, photolithography, wet and dry etching, and thin film vacuum
deposition techniques (thermal, e-beam, sputtering), as well as knowledge of
semiconductor device physics. Familiarity with optical and electrical
characterization of light-emitting devices, experience with organic electronic
materials and devices, and a working knowledge of high and ultrahigh vacuum
equipment and methods would all be highly beneficial, as would be experience
developing data acquisition and instrument interface software with LabView.
Salary will be competitive and commensurate
with experience. Start date is negotiable, but preferably as soon as possible.
